I have always found the Davison hotel to be really good and consistent. The drinks are fairly priced and so is the food. I've tried a couple of their appetizers like their brussels sprouts and tuna found them to be very good. Their salads are super fresh and delicious. They don't skimp on the portions either. While I can eat a whole salad, I am stuffed by the end. The chicken is grilled with a delicious char. It's just really well put together. The place has a really nice atmosphere as well. If you're lucky enough to get a table by the open air, garage door on a nice summer day, it's delightful. It's great sitting around the bar and also on the restaurant side. I feel like the staff could be a little bit friendlier in general, but they're pretty attentive and that's really all I care about.
Great prices, and delicious cocktails! Our server was polite and on top of our refills. The food was great as well, we both had a burger and a side of Mac n cheese. Everything tasted homemade and freshly made. It was a dim lit restaurant setting the mood for a nice date night
